4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Uploaded PDF files are processed and then deleted within 24 hours. Transaction data is retained until you delete it or close your account.

• Stripe - Payment processing
• Google - Gmail API for statement sync (with your permission)
• AI Services - Document parsing (data is not stored by AI providers)

7. Gmail Integration

If you connect your Gmail account, we only access emails with PDF attachments for statement processing. We do not read or store the content of your emails. You can disconnect Gmail access at any time from your account settings.
