### How It Works

Gmail Auto-Sync connects securely to your Gmail account and automatically detects credit card statement PDFs as they arrive. Here's the magic:

1. **Secure Connection**: We use OAuth 2.0 to connect to your Gmail, meaning we never see your password.
2. **Smart Detection**: Our AI identifies statement emails from major banks and credit card issuers.
3. **Automatic Processing**: Once detected, statements are parsed and transactions are added to your dashboard.
4. **Daily Sync**: The system checks for new statements every day at 6 AM UTC.

### Privacy First

We take your privacy seriously. Gmail Auto-Sync only reads emails with PDF attachments—we can't read your other emails, send emails on your behalf, or access any other account features. You can disconnect at any time from your Settings page.

### Getting Started

2. Click on "Connect Gmail" in the Gmail Sync section
